Parallel Client Satisfaction Survey 2024: Results

The results are in! Earlier this year we sent out our inaugural Client Satisfaction Survey with a view to finding out how well we were servicing our partners and their employees. Priding ourselves in exceeding expectations, we couldn’t have asked for a more positive response rate.

Knowing that the majority of our clients believe we meet their needs and score us ‘Good/Excellent’ in all our areas of service support was a huge relief. However, we recognise that not all the results are 100% and like everything there is always room for improvement. If you took the time to respond, thank you, your comments and feedback was gratefully received.
